ResumeForge (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Ning Zhiming. Contact us at support@resumeforge.us.

Payments are processed securely by our merchant of record. We never see or store your full payment card details.

• Resume content you upload or paste — used solely to generate your ATS score, keyword analysis, and optimized resume.
• Contact info — your email address from checkout, used for order delivery and support.
• Usage data — basic, anonymized analytics (pages visited, feature usage) to improve the product.

• To provide the optimization service you paid for, including processing your resume through our AI model provider.
• To deliver your order, handle support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• We do not sell your personal data or resume content to third parties.

Your resume text is sent to our AI model provider (DeepSeek) to generate your ATS score, keyword analysis, and rewritten resume. The provider processes your text to return these results; processing and storage may take place outside your country of residence, including the People’s Republic of China. According to the provider’s published privacy policy, submitted content may also be used for service improvement and model training, and you have the right to opt out of training use by contacting the provider directly (privacy@deepseek.com).

We never send your payment details to the AI provider, and we do not sell your resume content to third parties.

• Resume content is not stored. Your resume text is processed in memory to generate your results and is not written to a database or disk.
• We keep a minimal record of paid orders (order ID and email) only to validate purchases and unlock your results and exports.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time via support@resumeforge.us; we will confirm within 7 days.

We use a minimal signed cookie to remember that your order was paid, so the site can unlock your full results and exports. No advertising trackers.

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email support@resumeforge.us and we will respond.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
